These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Maid Strong’s residential and commercial cleaning services across the Greater Toronto Area. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services

Maid Strong provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Service details, inclusions, and pricing are presented during the booking process.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services that fall outside our scope or safety guidelines.

Booking and Scheduling

All bookings are made through our online system or by contacting our team. Appointment times are subject to availability.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property to ensure proper service and pricing.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the details provided during booking, including the size and condition of the space and selected services.

Payment is due as outlined during the booking process. All prices are transparent, with no hidden fees unless additional services are requested.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled based on the following notice periods:

• 48 hours before the appointment: No cancellation fee
• Between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment: $75 cancellation fee
• Within 24 hours of the appointment: Non-refundable

• Appointment changes or cancellations must be requested within the applicable notice period
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in cancellation charges
• Appointments where cleaners cannot access the property may be treated as completed bookings

Access to Property

You are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, the appointment may be considered a missed booking.

Service Limitations

Maid Strong does not provide services outside the agreed scope, including but not limited to:

• Moving heavy furniture or appliances
• Mold remediation or biohazard cleaning
• Pest infestations
• Exterior cleaning or work requiring ladders beyond safe height
• Laundry, dishes, or full organization services
• Repairs or appliance disassembly

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service. If something is not completed as expected, please contact us and we will address the issue promptly.

Damage Reporting and Claims Process

While we take great care during every cleaning, any damage or concerns must be reported to us within 48 hours after the service is completed. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

• Provide photos or documentation if available
• Our team will review and work to resolve the issue promptly

Liability

Maid Strong is fully insured. While we take care to protect your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed prior to service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
